I have experienced several different plastic surgeons over the last years and without a doubt Dr. Spears is by far the most empathetic, caring and knowledgeable. She didnt just give me my requested procedure. She took the time going through an entire profile of my face, all the options that were available to me, and the pros and cons of each one. Time was not a factor. Dr. Spears was friendly, patient, engaging and extremely knowledgeable. She understood all my concerns and addressed all my questions so thoughtfully. Christine her assistant was equally as wonderful. I was put at ease throughout. As far as my procedure, I felt zero discomfort the entire time. I cannot be happier with my end result. UPDATE: April 2025: I have now been here for weight loss help, facials and botox. The botox was the best, least painful botox experience I have ever had. They numb you with a cream prior to injecting, and they also use a vibration tool while injecting so you dont focus on the needle, you only feel the vibrations. Its really the most pleasant botox session I have ever experienced. This office is very fun and great to visit. Dr. Spears is very kind and takes the time to talk to you about what you want to accomplish. UPDATE: May 2025: I just received under eye filler, as well as cheek and laugh line filler. Amazing! In just one day I can already see the results and they will only improve. They numb your face and inject lidocaine so the pain is pretty minimal. A few pinches but nothing too extreme. They really like to make the process as pain-free as possible. I already have my next treatment in mind!

Will update after the results of my surgery, but I am confident we are on the same page. Her communication skills and allowing all questions and fears to be answered with facts & information and her patience in LISTENING to what the client wants and needs is beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering corrective surgery. UPDATE: You dont realize what a great surgeon is until you have Dr. Spears fix an incompetent surgeons work. I previously had a breast lift with another surgeon leaving me with severe nerve pain, breast pain, and massive scar tissue and disfiguration. Then I found Dr. Spears. She is extraordinary. Her surgical skills, bedside manner, and communication skills are top-notch. Recovery was amazing, and the results were beyond expectations. No more nerve damage, scar tissue, disfiguration. I cant say enough about her and the staff. They answered every question and concern. Dont be fooled by the simple, small office. I only wish I had asked other female drs their recommendations from the start. This doctor cares about her patients. Four days out and I feel great! No more living with pain.

The staff was very easy to work with. The medical assistant/nurse Samantha was so sweet. Dr. Spears took her time with me, and respected that I didn’t want photos taken that day unless I was sure I’d go through with the surgery. Dr. Spears took her time with me and had good options to choose from.

My daughter was supposed to have a procedure done a year ago but we had to put it off due to sports. Decided to get it done now, and came back a couple days ago for follow up. I had a torn earlobe that I had repaired by Dr. Spears. Her staff was very nice. Dr Spears repaired my earlobe painlessly and the procedure was fairly quick. Would highly recommend Metropolitan!

I am so excited to see my results. I know Dr. Spears took great care with me. UPDATE: I had my 2 month post op mini tummy tuck with liposuction appointment with Dr Spears and am happy to report that I am thrilled with my results! Dr. Spears is a truly gifted plastic surgeon. She takes the time with you to answer questions and explain procedures. I am 62 years old and just couldn’t get the results from exercising that I wanted. That post menopause wall is hard to overcome especially for the tummy region. I am so happy and thrilled that Dr Spears gave me the look that I had wanted. Thank you to her and her wonderful staff!

From the first phone call to make an appointment, I was treated with a warmth and friendliness that I have never experienced from a physicians office. I was a bit nervous about the procedure, but was completely ready after speaking to the office. The day of the appointment was just the same. I was welcomed and relaxed. Dr Spears offered her expertise in a way that took away all nervousness, explaining every procedure as she went. Afterwards, she explained all that I would need to do in the following days and answered all of my questions. I will never regret making this appointment in this place.

She came out and greeted me at the receptionist desk before I even went back. I will say without a doubt I will be using her. At this point I’m just waiting to get the two weeks cleared for the recovery time from my job and as soon as I get that I will be booking the surgery with Dr. Spears. UPDATE… Jan 2024 1 week post op …. I am currently one week post op an extended tummy tuck with Lipo to the flanks, Breast augmentation and lift. Dr Spears and her staff have been amazing and I’m so blessed to have found her!!!! She is amazing and truly cares. I highly recommend anybody looking to do this procedure to check her out. You will not be disappointed!!!!

I located this practice on the internet and the information was very informative so I made an appointment. Usually when you walk into a new place you are really not sure what to expect. I am THRILLED TO HAVE FOUND THEM!! From the time I walked into the office I was warmly welcomed. That continued when I walked into the exam room. After completing a questionnaire prior to being seen, this information I filled out on the questionnaire was covered in full. I asked questions and was provided with complete responses to everything I wanted to know. I was NOT rushed out the door because time was limited and they were in a hurry to see the next patient. After the initial session Dr. Spears entered the room. We talked about every aspect of what I thought I needed and she suggested many other alternatives which of course I would not have know. I decided to start with the fillers that same day. I had other appointments after seeing Dr. Spears and I came back later in the day to start the procedure. Treatment was very gentle with continually asking how I was doing. I look and feel better already. I will be back in a few weeks to see Dr. Spears to check on how I was doing. I will be doing other procedures and we will be discussing that as well. Highly recommend them for making you feel good from the time you walk in to the time you leave. The procedure was smooth and I feel great.... Go for it as I dont think you will find a better place to go!!

My visit with Dr. Spears was fantastic! Dr. Spears is clearly over the top when it comes to bedside manners. She is not only a great doctor but a real person as well. She actually holds a conversation with you about everyday life issues. I enjoyed talking with her. Dr. Spears is a highly credentialed physician, having been trained in Philadelphia at the best schools and hospitals. Her staff is wonderful. The medical assistant, Christina, cared for me like a mom would a daughter. Christina comes across as someone who really wants to do an excellent job for the patients and the doctor. Very conscientious young lady. Stephanie, who appeared to be the office manager, was funny and engaging. She knows her job, but her personality is what makes her outstanding. The young lady at the desk seemed quiet but efficient, on top of her game, and thorough in her paperwork review. Dr. Spears and I spoke of how difficult it is to find good help these days. But she has assembled a good team of young ladies who care about her practice and the patients. Overall great experience, excellent patient care, great office staff, and great office atmosphere!

Just had Botox with Kelsey yesterday and I can already see a difference this morning! Kelsey really knows precisely where to inject for the best outcome.
